Returns and refunds

Every Ben Gunns Cave belt is made by hand after you order. We want you to love yours, and if it isn’t right, here’s how we put that right.

Changed your mind? For belts in our standard sizes (30–48 in), you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your belt. Let us know by emailing [your email], then return the belt within 14 days of telling us. The belt should be unworn and in the condition you received it. We’ll refund the price of the belt and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving it back. Return postage is your responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service. We may reduce the refund if the belt has been worn or handled more than needed to check it.

Made-to-measure and personalised belts. Belts made to a custom length or personalised for you, for example stamped with initials, are made to your specification. They can’t be returned simply because you’ve changed your mind. Your rights if something is wrong with the belt are unaffected.

Something wrong? If your belt arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us at bengunnscave@gmail.com with a photo. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund, and cover the return postage. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Cancelling before we start. If you change your mind before your belt is made, email us and we’ll cancel and refund in full.
